I’m so completely over the moon about Tracy’s (my cat’s) new bed! My entire experience with Alisa of Jadore was perfect. I wanted to customize one of her existing designs. She responded so fast…and on a Sunday. She accommodated my needs by building in a place to put a pet heater, as well as making a custom size. When I ordered the item I had no idea how nice it would be. It is so well made and simply beautiful. The space for the heater is so well done and definitely more than I expected. Jadore/Alisa must be a perfectionist, because words simply can not express how well this bed is made. But most importantly, Tracy loved it the minute she got in it! Absolutely beautiful work ! I ordered a custom cover for my senior dogs bed. Alisa went above and beyond to make this custom cover for my dog. I needed a very long zipper that goes around 3/4 of the bed and she happily accommodated me. I also needed a very strong fabric on one side because when my dog gets nervous she “digs” and often tears fabric and she was able to take care of that need as well. High Quality work .
