An overall incredible experience from start to finish. Nothing could’ve been any better. I want to thank again SO much for spending so much time with me. Helping me select the best options along with my many changes and requests. I was hesitant at first with the pricing but I’d been wanting to get a custom bed for him for so long I decided to just do it. I am SO extremely glad I did. I could not be more satisfied with this. I was nervous with how it was going to turn out because you never know especially with custom stuff. It turned out so so beautiful. I could not be happier. At first I was a tad disappointed because he wouldn’t lay in it.. However, now he lays in it every single day almost all day and he just loves it. Makes me and him so happy. A bed fit for royalty for sure. Thank you again so much for the fantastic job and completely stellar communication! Packaging was superb as well. You can tell everything used is very luxe and very high quality. I will highly recommend you for sure! I couldn’t have asked for anything to be any different or better.

J’Adore made a beautiful bed for my little Biewer Terrier, Mootsie. Putting the design together on the website was so much fun, but took me forever because they have so many beautiful fabrics to choose from! Once I finally made up my mind and sent in the order, I heard from the shop almost immediately, advising me the estimated time frame to ship. The ETA was pretty much spot-on, and it arrived very well packaged, great communication throughout the whole process. When I opened the package up, I was delighted. The vibrant colors were just what I wanted. Lots of geometric patterns, every thing lines up perfectly, the embroidery is to perfect scale, and the quality of the fabrics and craftsmanship are top-notch. Mootsie absolutely loves it and spends so many nap times curled up in it with her favorite toys. Thank you so much, highly recommended!

I searched everywhere to find a bed that would fit the back of my SUV for my pups , so excited when I found these gals on Etsy . I sent them my measurements they responded quickly , even made the bed in my two favorite colors . Can’t believe how quick I got it ❤️🐾 love it so much , it’s perfect , fits perfect . The quality is great , very well made . I could sleep on it myself , my husband will while I’m driving 🙂

I ordered a custom cat bed for Foggy . They did such a great job making it for him. The Material is absolutely wonderful and well made. If you compare with one at a general store , it costs you little more ( to be honest ), BUT IT’S TOTTALY WORTH IT!!!! my baby loves and he looks super comfortable in his bed. so I’m really Glad that I found this lovely place and ordered . I’m planning on getting a second cat next year so looking forward to ordering another one. Thank you Again !!!

When one owns destructive dogs one tends to need a tough dog crate to go with them. Unfortunately those tough crates tend to have non-typical measurements. Did you know its incredibly hard to find high quality custom made dog beds? And it turns out it’s even harder to find a company that will actually communicate with you and reply to your questions. Luckily Alisa with J’adore not only replied to my inquiries but she did so almost immediately. She was kind, professional, and made sure she knew exactly what I was wanting. And the beds are amazing! They fit in their crates perfectly, are firm enough to provide support, but soft enough to be super comfortable. My old Pit Bull is noticably less stiff in the mornings and my crazy Retriever no longer gets up and down and turns around all night long. That means this happy owner can sleep the whole night through again! She even made me extra covers for them so my lazy self can stretch washing “day” over the whole weekend and not have worry about uncomfortable dogs. Buying from J’adore Pet Beds is absolutely worth every penny spent and I will not be going anywhere else for my pet bed needs.

I love the dog bed, it is very well constructed and will last many years. I am 100% happy with my purchase and highly recommend this company. They are willing to work with you on designing the bed too, which was so much fun. Arrived before schedule too….you will not be disappointed buying your fur baby’s bed from J’adore.

WOW!!!! Just WOW! Such an amazing experience with Alisa of J’adore Custom Pet Beds. Not only is the bed she created for my dog absolutely beautiful but she was also such a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and patient and was always in close communication with me. She never made me feel like I was an annoyance to her when I was indecisive about which fabrics to use in the beginning. She was very friendly and I trusted her completely from the moment we started chatting via email. If you want an original custom pet bed, she is most definitely the one to whom you should go. Alisa is super talented with her work. You can tell she loves what she does and puts a lot of devotion into her work; it shows. And the bed is of top notch quality. You will not be disappointed!

We are absolutely obsessed with our custom dog bed! I looked everywhere for a durable yet cute bed for our new puppy and literally could not find one until I stumbled upon j’adore custom pet beds. The fabric choices were amazing and if I hadn’t seen what I wanted I could have emailed them and gotten another fabric which is amazing and unheard of. They emailed me back with any questions within 24 hours and the bed shipped out a week before it was supposed to. I will recommend this to any of my friends with dogs in the future, hands down. I just received my custom dog bed and I love it. The craftsmanship is impeccable. The fabrics are sturdier than I expected. It’s more than I’ve ever paid for a dog bed but once I received it and saw how well it was made and the quality of materials, I don’t regret my purchase. Also, Alisa, the owner, is great in communicating from start to finish.

I have now had 7-8 beds custom made by this amazing company! As my 2 older dogs passed, new ones became needed for different size requirements. My mother has even taken possession of 1 as her dog wouldn’t part with it! Every single detail is customized! Alisa walks you through even the most tedious things, if you are a perfectionist like I am! She has surpassed my hopes EVERY single time!! These are hands down the highest quality of inserts & fabrics! I just purchased 2 new covers for my large cuddle beds (inserts still the same as brand new years later). Also, I purchased 3 crate beds for my pups & another for my foster dog! Every item is beautiful, unique & of the highest quality! You should see how excited my dogs get when these new ones arrived! You will not find a comparable product elsewhere. Alisa has my business for life!

I cannot say enough good things about this business and the dog bed we ordered from them! The website was user-friendly when customizing my dog bed, and the owners were personal and on top of all communication. We ordered the bed for Christmas, and it arrived ahead of schedule even though it is a busy time of year. The packaging was impressive, all the way down to a bow detail and included dog treats. The bed itself was so much better than I imagined it would be! The fabric is super high quality, as is all the stitching. My dogs love it – sometimes I can’t get them to leave it! The cover is easily zipped off and washable. Really, I can not recommend these pet beds enough! I can’t wait to get more!

Wonderful bed for our pup. You can see the excellent craftsmanship immediately. The cushions are plush. The fabric is beautiful and great quality. They even got it to us before the expected delivery date. The fabrics we selected blend nicely with our home decor. J’adore Custom Pet Beds is an absolutely wonderful company. I first bought a custom bed from them for my bulldog, Bella, about 2 years ago, and she absolutely LOVED it (hers is the one with the polka dots). A few months ago, we unfortunately had an apartment fire and her bed was ruined, so I ordered a new one for her right away. I ordered it with her name embroidered on the front, and sadly she passed away a few weeks later. I emailed the owner, Alisa, that day because Bella’s bed hadn’t yet shipped, and I wanted to see if they would be willing to hold the bed for me until I got a new dog so I could update it with a new name. Alisa was so understanding and compassionate – she said I had caught them just in time because my bed was scheduled to be shipped first thing Monday (this was a Friday night), and she would be happy to hold my bed until I adopted a new dog (even though I didn’t know exactly when that would be) and cut a new front piece with the new name (free of charge) so that I wouldn’t have to receive a bed with Bella’s name on it that she would never get to use. Simply AMAZING customer service. It’s refreshing to communicate with actual people rather than automated machines for once. A machine wouldn’t have been so thoughtful. Anyway, my new dog, Pippa, also loves her bed (hot pink giraffe print)! Honestly, I think it’s quite comfortable too, so we definitely cuddle in it together. ❤️

Wow, Alisa at J’adore made us a customized dog bed for our two dogs, and worked with me so professionally and easily to get it customized for our sectional with features that were going to be unique to this particular couch. We are totally thrilled with it and how it looks and how much our dogs have already made it their favorite spot in our house. The quality and attention to detail is evident throughout the product. HIGHLY recommended – the product is great, and the process of working with them is an absolute pleasure.

Ordered a bed for my sweet girl who is getting into her senior years. I laid in the bed myself and it so comfy, excellent quality, and my pup loves it. The owner stayed in contact with me herself and was incredibly sweet. If you want a super cute durable bed for your dog that will last, I highly recommend this business.

Ordered a custom 48″ x 48″ dog bed and it’s awesome! The dogs absolutely love it – we have a 90 lb silver lab that can sprawl out on the bed, roll over on her belly, and twist and turn without hanging off! Our 20 lb pug can decide if she wants to snuggle up with the lab or find a spot for herself. And, our 11 year old loves to cuddle with the dogs and he can find some space for himself too! The custom ordering process was simple, communication was quick and clear, status updates and order timing were perfect, and the shipping process was fast! Look forward to having this bed in the family for a long time!
