Can I order a custom size bed?

Yes. Let us know the exact size and style, and we can provide you with an estimate.

 

Are your beds washable?

Yes, the bed cover is removable and washable so you don’t have to throw the entire bed in the wash.  To protect against accidents we recommend purchasing the optional waterproof insert covers which are placed over the standard muslin covers and can be easily removed and washed.  Detailed washing instructions are provided when your bed ships.

Wash the cover in cold water, delicate cycle, making sure to close zippers. Then Line Dry. Wash only when needed, using hot water or putting it in the dryer can cause the fabric to shrink and/or fade.  Detailed washing instructions are provided when your bed ships.

 

Can I protect my bed from accidents?

Yes, we offer waterproof insert covers as an optional add-on to prevent your inserts from getting wet.  Since the bed cover is already removable and washable, the optional waterproof insert covers protect the stuffing which can be extremely difficult to clean.  You can either wipe them off with soapy water or throw them in the wash as they go over our standard muslin inserts.  Be sure to select the waterproof option when placing your order.  If you are a past customer and would like to waterproof your insert covers, please contact us.

 

Do you offer Rush Options?

Yes, we do.  Rush Processing is available on our cart page once a product has been added to your cart.  We offer a Standard, Faster, or Fastest Option and the ship by date is provided next to each option.  If the Fastest option is selected then your bed will be completed and shipped in 1-3 business days.

 

Can I provide my own fabrics?

Yes, we can work with fabrics that you provide.  Please provide us with the following information: 1) the fabric you would like to use, 2) the style of bed, and 3) the size of bed.

 

Can I order additional covers?

Yes, additional bed covers can be purchased for any of our bed styles.  Please contact us and we will provide you with a special link used to purchase your additional bed cover(s).  If you are an existing customer, please provide us with your order number.

 

Do you pre-wash your fabrics?

Yes.  We pre-wash all of our fabrics before cutting and sewing to help prevent shrinkage when it’s time to wash your cover.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of our beds already come beautifully wrapped with a bow, hang tag and treat bag.  We can also include a special gift message if you’d like. Just let us know what you’d like the message to say in the comments section at checkout.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I place an online purchase?

Yes, it should arrive in your Inbox shortly after purchase.  If you do not see the email confirmation within 24 hours, be sure to check your spam or junk folders.  If you have still not received your email confirmation, please contact us.

 

Do you have additional fabrics available that are not shown on your site?

Yes, we have additional fabrics available upon request.  If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for please let us know what color and or patterns you’re wanting and we will let you know if we have what you’re looking for.

Can you do custom logo embroidery?

Yes, as long as you are the copyright owner or have the right to reproduce the copyrighted work.  Please provide us with a copy of the logo.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, you have your option of shipping via USPS or UPS.  If your country is not listed as an option please contact us for a shipping estimate.  International shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges, and are typically due prior to delivery.

 

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes.  Every J’adore product includes a 1-year limited warranty which covers any defect in craftsmanship. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will repair or replace any item(s) found to be defective and covered by this warranty which begins the date the product has shipped.  Each customer is limited to one (1) warranty replacement per purchase.

Fabrics are not warranted against fading or shrinkage. Please follow our detailed care instructions which are included in an email that is sent when your bed ships.  Always use cold water, hang dry, and do not put your cover in the dryer.  Visible abuse such as digging, chewing, or staining will void this warranty. Commercial use will also void this warranty.

Waterproof insert covers are covered by this warranty. However, standard muslin insert covers are not covered by this warranty as they are protected by the main cover and can only be damaged by washing or abuse. If you believe your pet may have an accident on their bed resulting in the need to wash the inserts, we highly recommend you purchase our optional waterproof insert covers which are placed over the standard muslin covers and can be easily removed and washed.

If an issue arises please provide us with a picture and description for review. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can within 24 hours.  After that, it will depend on where your order is at and how much of your bed has been started.  For example, if you decide a few days after placing your order that you would like your pet’s name added and we haven’t sewn the bed together we would be able to add their name.  If you’d like to have a change made to your order then please contact us as soon as possible so we can let you know if it will be possible.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order.  You can cancel your order by contacting us or calling us (913) 732-0114.

On the Portfolio Page, why do some “Customize It” links appear to be missing?

The “Customize It” link makes it easy to create a bed using the same fabrics as a bed shown on the portfolio page.  When clicked it will take you to the design a bed page and automatically populate the fabric from that bed.  If the “Customize It” button is not shown under a bed that means that some of the fabrics have been discontinued, were by special request and not a standard fabric we offer, or the fabric is unavailable because it was provided by the customer.
