A J'adore bed is made for one dog in particular. You choose the style, the size and the fabrics from more than 300 options, and we embroider their name on it free. Every bed is handmade to order in our Kansas City workroom, where we have been making pet beds since 2012, and it arrives wrapped with a bow, a hang tag and a treat bag.
Not sure what they would choose? Blankets, bone pillows, bandanas and crate covers make smaller gifts in the same fabrics, Ready To Ship beds ship the next business day, and an e-gift card lets them design the bed themselves.

Yes. Name embroidery is free on every J'adore bed. Choose the font, the thread color and where the name sits while you design it.

As early as you can, because each bed is handmade to order in the USA. The ship-by date for your order is shown on the product page before you add it to your cart, and a rush option is available if you need it sooner.
Yes. Rush Processing is available on the cart page once a product has been added to your cart, and the cart shows the rush ship-by date and fee before you choose it.
Ready To Ship beds are already made, so they ship by the next business day. They are finished and ship as pictured, so they cannot be personalized. An e-gift card can be sent by email the same day.
Measure their current bed or the pet, and compare with the size guide. If you can't measure, a gift card lets them choose the exact size.
Yes. J'adore e-gift cards come in values from $25 to $450 and can be sent by email or printed. The recipient applies the card at checkout, and more than one card can be used on the same order.
Every bed is made to order, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Every J'adore product includes a 1-year limited warranty that covers any defect in craftsmanship, and we will repair or replace any item found to be defective and covered by it.
