Alisa was so easy to work with. She made great suggestions regarding how to use the beautiful designer fabric I wanted to match our window treatments while including a more durable and less expensive cushion fabric that I could easily wash. When my pup found the bed too firm, Alisa guided me to remove some of the stuffing in the bottom cushion. Now it’s my dog’s ”go to” spot to take a nap. Oh…and did I mention that the bed is drop dead gorgeous? Yup. Five stars!

Ordered a custom 48″ x 48″ dog bed and it’s awesome! The dogs absolutely love it – we have a 90 lb silver lab that can sprawl out on the bed, roll over on her belly, and twist and turn without hanging off! Our 20 lb pug can decide if she wants to snuggle up with the lab or find a spot for herself. And, our 11 year old loves to cuddle with the dogs and he can find some space for himself too! The custom ordering process was simple, communication was quick and clear, status updates and order timing were perfect, and the shipping process was fast! Look forward to having this bed in the family for a long time!

I ordered a custom made pillow from J’adore for my fur baby and it exceeded my expectations. Besides being beautiful, the pillow is also very high quality. She has so many fabrics and designs to choose from online, which are true to their coloring. I also loved that she gave me a preview of how my design would look to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. The customer service and communication was great and much appreciated, she really cares that you and your fur baby are satisfied with the product. The pillow looks amazing and my dog loves cuddling with it, I highly recommend J’adore!

These are the highest quality and best crafted products you can buy for your pets, period. The durability and craftsmanship are second to none. It is obvious that Alisa has her business on point and knows what she is doing. Dont pay good money elsewhere for far inferior products. This is a painless procedure and communications are great, as she will work with you to help you to getting exactly what you want. Shipping and packaging will amaze you. I am very hard to impress, but am without a doubt impressed. Purchased a cuddle bed, pillows and a crate pad for Lab, who loves them!

I would give a 6th star if possible! This is the best quality dog bed I have ever seen. I was very impressed with the customization options and was very pleased how the bed turned out. The quality of material and stitching was far better than I expected and my expectations were high to begin with. We found the bed stands up well to our dog scratching and nesting before sleep. Other dog beds gave out quickly to her nesting. Our dog loves the bed and took to it right away. I would highly recommend this bed and this vender. The shipping and customer service was spot on!

I cannot say enough good things about this business and the dog bed we ordered from them! The website was user-friendly when customizing my dog bed, and the owners were personal and on top of all communication. We ordered the bed for Christmas, and it arrived ahead of schedule even though it is a busy time of year. The packaging was impressive, all the way down to a bow detail and included dog treats. The bed itself was so much better than I imagined it would be! The fabric is super high quality, as is all the stitching. My dogs love it – sometimes I can’t get them to leave it! The cover is easily zipped off and washable. Really, I can not recommend these pet beds enough! I can’t wait to get more!

I ordered a custom cat bed for Foggy . They did such a great job making it for him. The Material is absolutely wonderful and well made. If you compare with one at a general store , it costs you little more ( to be honest ), BUT IT’S TOTTALY WORTH IT!!!! my baby loves and he looks super comfortable in his bed. so I’m really Glad that I found this lovely place and ordered . They really worked with me to create the design I wanted! I loved how detailed they were and very quick at responding. The bed came faster than I expected and it came with a bag of treats my dog loved. Excellent service would definitely order again!

Not only did Alisa respond to my questions kindly and extremely quickly each time, as well as go out of her way to propose several design options based on the color scheme I described to her, but the bed shipped/arrived three days before the estimated date. I also, rather inconsiderately, ordered the bed right around thanksgiving, but Alisa still made sure the bed was made quickly and carefully despite it being during a holiday weekend! When the bed arrived, everyone–human and Rosie alike–was blown away by the quality. I was so impressed with the outcome that I designed and ordered another one for my Aunt’s dog before I even got to see Rosie’s bed in person. These beds are phenomenal, made by someone who not only has an eye for design, but truly considers the comfort and safety of the dog in mind. Phenomenal.
