Pet beds sold at big box stores are usually not made in the USA. This means they were most likely mass produced overseas using cheap materials that will not last nearly as long as a bed made to the same standard as J’adore. Our pet beds will last many years under normal wear and are can even be washed in a washing machine without damage when our care instructions are followed. Reducing waste and having a pet bed that will last is something you can expect when purchasing one of our pet beds.

Every J’adore product uses high quality upholstery-grade zippers, thread, fabrics and stuffing/foam. Most of our materials are sourced locally and all products are made in the USA.

The first thing to do to ensure your pet bed lasts a long time is to prevent your pet from digging, scratching, peeing or pooping in the bed. The next thing you can do is to wash the bed on a regular basis or whenever it gets dirty. Follow all care instructions to ensure you don’t inadvertently damage or reduce the useful life of the bed.
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to be shipped, depending on the month. However, if timing is important, we offer a rush option for an additional fee. Our rush option includes completion in 2-5 Business Days. Orders ship out of our Kansas City workroom so once shipped most orders arrive within 1-3 business days via UPS Ground.
Yes. Every J’adore product includes a 1-year limited warranty which covers any defect in craftsmanship. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will repair or replace any item(s) found to be defective and covered by this warranty which begins the date the product has shipped. Each customer is limited to one (1) warranty replacement per purchase.
Fabrics are not warranted against fading or shrinkage. Please follow our detailed care instructions which are included in an email that is sent when your bed ships. Always use cold water, hang dry, and do not put your cover in the dryer. Visible abuse such as digging, chewing, or staining will void this warranty. Commercial use will also void this warranty.
Waterproof insert covers are covered by this warranty. However, standard muslin insert covers are not covered by this warranty as they are protected by the main cover and can only be damaged by washing or abuse. If you believe your pet may have an accident on their bed resulting in the need to wash the inserts, we highly recommend you purchase our optional waterproof insert covers which are placed over the standard muslin covers and can be easily cleaned by wiping it off with soap and water.
