Wow! I wish I could rate this item 6 stars or more. The seller was very thoughtful and communicative where needed. Seller provided order/delivery timeline, confirmed details of a custom ordered product, and was very nice to work with. The item itself is of high quality and I can see it was made with care. I love all of the options to customize this nice crate cover. I can see this crate cover will last for a lifetime. I wish the side with a flap came with some button closures so you could roll the flap up (as pictured) and button it in to hold it — small detail. Also, the seller included some nice treats with an ingredient list as a freebie for ordering — very thoughtful. We now refer to this as our dog’s “luxury condo”. Thank you thank you thank you!
