Love this dog crate cover! It is so cute and fits perfectly to cover the crate. It is also so cute and well made. I love how it is reversible and has my dogs name on both sides. Alisa was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process of ordering and shipping. I am very happy with this product!

This is such a beautiful dog bed! It’s a gorgeous fabric and is very well constructed. It took a couple of weeks to get it but that’s because it was a custom order and it was totally worth waiting for! My dog loves it!

After buying 4 dog beds from Alisa (fun fabrics, very nicely made and, most importantly, loved by our dogs!), I contacted her to see if she’d make this little lumbar pillow for us. Lucy loves her new bed! Alisa has great fabrics and made the process so easy. The bed is beautifully made. Alisa made a cover that attaches across the top by Velcro for easy removal and cleaning. The memory foam mattress is also nice quality.

Thank you for making Rose such a beautiful dog bed! As you can see, she loves it, as does her kitty friend, Toot. I am sorry I needed to cover up the lovely fabric, but she is a creature of habit, and needs her blanket and pillow. The new dog bed has helped her adjust to my working at home. It has been balm for her Soul, and she is resting well, as we navigate complicated times. (Too bad you can’t hear her snoring)!

J’adore Custom Pet Beds is an absolutely wonderful company. I first bought a custom bed from them for my bulldog, Bella, about 2 years ago, and she absolutely LOVED it (hers is the one with the polka dots). A few months ago, we unfortunately had an apartment fire and her bed was ruined, so I ordered a new one for her right away. I ordered it with her name embroidered on the front, and sadly she passed away a few weeks later. I emailed the owner, Alisa, that day because Bella’s bed hadn’t yet shipped, and I wanted to see if they would be willing to hold the bed for me until I got a new dog so I could update it with a new name. Alisa was so understanding and compassionate – she said I had caught them just in time because my bed was scheduled to be shipped first thing Monday (this was a Friday night), and she would be happy to hold my bed until I adopted a new dog (even though I didn’t know exactly when that would be) and cut a new front piece with the new name (free of charge) so that I wouldn’t have to receive a bed with Bella’s name on it that she would never get to use. Simply AMAZING customer service. It’s refreshing to communicate with actual people rather than automated machines for once. A machine wouldn’t have been so thoughtful. Anyway, my new dog, Pippa, also loves her bed (hot pink giraffe print)! Honestly, I think it’s quite comfortable too, so we definitely cuddle in it together. ❤️
