Your beds will feature removable covers. We recommend using a mild detergent (Woolite) on the delicate cycle with cold water. Air dry only. We do not recommend using hot water or the dryer because it can cause the fabric to possibly shrink and/or fade.

Close zipper on cover before washing
Wash cover on Delicate Cycle with Cold Water, use mild detergent such as Woolite
Line Dry Only (Placing the cover in the dryer or using hot water could cause the fabric to shrink and/or fade)

We know how important it is to get your bed on time and we stand behind that statement by guaranteeing that your bed will ship from our workroom on time or you’ll receive a 20% refund. The ship-by date found on the cart page is the latest your order will leave our workroom. This date will be confirmed by email typically within one business day of placing your order. In the rare case this date has to be changed, we will let you know why and provide an updated ship-by date at that time. If your order ships after this confirmed ship-by date, you would receive a 20% refund.
