Yes. When designing a custom bed select the size dropdown and scroll to the custom size option located at the bottom.  You can then input the size that you are needing.

Yes, the main bed cover is removable and washable.

When needed we recommend washing the covers in cold water, delicate cycle, making sure to close zippers. Then line dry. Wash only when needed. Using hot water or putting it in the dryer can cause the fabric to shrink and/or fade.

Yes, we offer waterproof insert covers as an optional add-on to prevent your inserts from getting wet if an accident happens. This will make cleanup easier as it will keep accidents from getting into the insert.

When cleaning is needed you can just wipe it off with soapy water. Our waterproof insert covers are designed to go over our standard muslin covers so they can be taken off easily if needed.

You can select the waterproof insert cover option when placing your order.

Yes, we do.  Rush Processing is available on our cart page once a product has been added to your cart. The rush option ship by date will be provided on the cart page.

Yes, we can work with fabrics that you provide. Please provide us with the following information: 1) the fabric you would like to use, 2) the style of bed, and 3) the size of bed.

Yes, additional bed covers can be purchased for any of our bed styles. When designing a bed you can select the cover only option.

Yes. We pre-wash all of our fabrics before cutting and sewing to help prevent shrinkage when it’s time to wash your cover.

All of our beds come beautifully wrapped with a bow, hang tag, and treat bag. We can also include a special gift message if you’d like. Just let us know what you’d like the message to say in the comments section at checkout.

Yes.  Every J’adore product includes a 1-year limited warranty which covers any defect in craftsmanship. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will repair or replace any item(s) found to be defective and covered by this warranty which begins the date the product has shipped.  Each customer is limited to one (1) warranty replacement per purchase.

Fabrics are not warranted against fading or shrinkage. Please follow our detailed care instructions which are included in an email that is sent when your bed ships.  Always use cold water, hang dry, and do not put your cover in the dryer.  Visible abuse such as digging, chewing, or staining will void this warranty. Commercial use will also void this warranty.

Waterproof insert covers are covered by this warranty. However, standard muslin insert covers are not covered by this warranty as they are protected by the main cover and can only be damaged by washing or abuse. If you believe your pet may have an accident on their bed resulting in the need to wash the inserts, we highly recommend you purchase our optional waterproof insert covers which are placed over the standard muslin covers and can be easily cleaned by wiping it off with soap and water.

If an issue arises please provide us with a picture and description for review. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
